No, but you could add support for it :) There are also various FEC
related plugins available from various places, but none of them
compatible with SMPTE 2022-1 AFAIU.

 So, assuming this works....... just need to integrate with framework.

Yes, unmaintained. The author suggests this python project as a better starting point:
