SOVLED: Splitmuxsink signal request file path

Anybody know how to handle if signal return null or ""? when i try to stop
the pipeline it will say the certain elements cannot change the state.

This error is generally seen runtime negotiation or linking error.

--gst-debug=3 would give hint.
