Streaming to web page

Dear all,

I would like to stream from my Raspberry to a website I have. I am already able to stream from my RPI to any other device, but I can'y find any working tutorial to stream to a page of a website.
Can you help me?

If you have got the local streaming working, it should be easy to get streaming
on different networks, you just to enable the port forwarding on your
router to which
your Rpi is connected to and use the public ip of your Rpi to access
on different networks.

You can create a hls segments of your stream and serve it via web server.
