Support for muxed (DV) streams in gst-plugins-bad / qtkitvideosrc

Hi,

attached is a small patch that adds support for muxed DV video in qtkitvideosrc.
By setting device-type to 1 you have access to firewire camcorders.

Thanks.  We normally request that patches be added to bug reports
in bugzilla, otherwise we forget about them.
