Troubles installing Gstreamer 1.18 with Cerberos in Windows

peter12
This post was updated on .
I am following these instructions:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero/-/tree/1.18

Therefore, I install the missing parts of the build system using the
packages with the following command:
./cerbero-uninstalled bootstrap

I manage to install all the packages well except ninja:

[(2/16 @ 7%) ninja -> fetch]
[(2/16 @ 8%) ninja -> extract]
[(2/16 @ 8%) ninja -> configure]

...

Recipe 'ninja' failed at the build step 'configure'
Select an action to proceed:
[0] Enter the shell
[1] Rebuild the recipe from scratch
[2] Rebuild starting from the failed step
[3] Skip recipe
[4] Abort
-----------------------------

How could I solve it?

Before the Cerbero steps, did you install the MinGW stuff, Wix toolset, and
python 3? Make sure Python is in your PATH. There's a Windows section below
that covers this:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero/-/tree/1.18#installing-minimum-requirements-on-windows
<https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero/-/tree/1.18#installing-minimum-requirements-on-windows>

Otherwise, I got nothing. These instructions worked for me last I tried
them, about 2 months ago.
