Try using Ossink

mohan
Developed an simple music player app using "osssink"  but when any other application like mozilla /firefox using osssink
my application is unable to use. Any solution to this problem

  That's a problem with oss.

  Either get a card that can do hardware mixing, or switch to a system
that supports software mixing (like pulseaudio).

You should probably not hard code your music player to use osssink, but
rather a generic audio sink: autoaudiosink or gconfaudiosink so that
osssink, alsasink or pulsesink will be picked automatically.
