about to record and show

Dear sir,

             I am trying to saving the file in the form of multiple files with certain time amount and stream also at a time. These all process done with UDP.

            if, it is possible these video save or stream on http than more suitable for me.

if any idea to solve this problem. Please share the solution.

Look into the multifilesink element, you can inspect its properties on Linux using gst-inspect-1.0 utility. As for the multiple tasks at once you can thread the pipeline using the Tee element. As for the rest there is plenty of resources including the Gstreamer wiki on how to create a pipeline and transmit data over UDP:
