android rtsp PLAY command Range header

Hello, I am using gstreamer on android to play rtsp stream, one problem I have is I need to set custom Range header with PLAY command, can this be achieved with gstreamer?
For example
Range: clock=20170810T083307Z-20170810T083521Z
