cerbero windows x64 1.10

Hi, I’m having some difficulty building gstreamer-1.0-libav.

It seems to think that I am building for an older windows version and complains that InitializeCriticalSectionEx is not defined (This is the first of a series of errors) I assume that the WIN_VER .. variables are set wrong either in the recipe or in my MINGW installation. Does any one know how I can correct this?

Which version are you building for? Please file a bug with the compiler
output and all the system details.
