correct way to send RTP payloaded MPEG2TS packets

Jyoti-2
Hi all,

I am writing an application to send MPEG2 TS packets payloaded as RTP over UDP.

The pipeline am using is

gst-launch filesrc location=stream.ts ! mpegtsparse ! rtpmp2tpay ! udpsink port=1234

but the file does stream the packets to fast and on the client side I miss many packets.

I would be very thankful if someone can hint me how do I control the rate at which RTP packets are sent over UDP.

Regards,
Jyoti
