Hi All,
I want to use a chain like
gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=filename1.aac ! ffdemux_aac ! ffdec_aac ! alsasink.
But ffdemux_aac is not present.
Is there any other demuxer which can be used.
Thanks & Regards,

hi,
aac is usualy in a mp4/3gp container, use "qtdemux" for it. There is not aac-bitstream parser available yet. You can try faad decoder, it can handle id3 header and some common AAC
stream header. gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=filename1.aac ! faad ! alsasink 2008/8/4 Stefan Kost <[hidden email]>: > hi, > > aac is usualy in a mp4/3gp container, use "qtdemux" for it.
