git email hook (resend try 3)

Hi,

I'm sending the email hook again, essentially the same as try 2, but
with the right default values so it can be just copied (no need to
modify it).

If you want to test it just modify this to send to your local inbox:
-my $commitlist_address = '[hidden email]';
+my $commitlist_address = "felipec";

And do:
echo "<old-sha1> <new-sha1> master" | .git/hooks/post-receive

I'm sending an example again, since I never sent one for try 2.
