i was trying to install gst-fluendo-mpegmux-0.10.4 on ubuntu 11.04 and got the following message

checking for GST... no
no
configure: No package 'gstreamer-0.10' found
configure: error: no gstreamer-0.10 >= 0.10.5.1 (GStreamer) found
can somebody help me with this, or let me know how to go about doing this installation,
