What does this error mean? How to enable more debug to check the error

Exactly what it says. This is the parser library, I have no idea how it ended up into the plugin directory. The parser plugin are split between audio and video parsers. Also, to help you identify them, GStreamer plugin are not versioned (suffix is just .so).

Now it makes sense. I was trying to make "vp9parse" plugin up in my setup and
in an effort to do so, tried to use libgstcodecparsers for that (and hence ended up in the error). Is there a vp9 parser plugin available? I could see only the supporting library
