 GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_mini_object_unref: assertion 'mini_object->refcount > 0' failed

Is there anyone who can please explain this to me ?

You called the unref function passing an object no more referenced (refcount
is the number of references to the object).
Refcounting is a sort of "garbage collector" mechanism.
