gst-plugins-good on Windows

I was thinking about why ossbuild doesn't install good plugins, or i.e. mad plugin? How can i install them?

If you're referring to gst-plugins-good, then yes it does provide those
plugins by default. Mad I think is in gst-plugins-ugly and is provided in
the GPL build. You need to be sure and enable that feature when installing
though.

I'm sure that i've installed ossbuild GPL and i enabled all gst-plugins
