gstreamer 1.16.0 msvc. where are all plugins?

hi. i just have tried to move my project from linux to windows and for this purpose downloaded gstreamer version for msvc. using gst-inspect i have found that there are no many plugins: appsrc, appsink, udpsrc and others basic plugins. does it mean that msvc version doesn't support this plugins? (during installation i chose "complete" type of install)

All of the plugins are there, but the plugin cache is confused.  Here is how to clear it on windows.
