hls: Cannot get the correct "position" after seek

Hi,

I am playing a hls encoded file. I can get the correct value of playback position from the pipeline until I issue a GST_EVENT_SEEK.
Once I issue GST_EVENT_SEEK,  GST_QUERY_POSITION returns incorrect value.
I am using the 0.10.23 release version.
Should I create a bug for this?
