how to depay mpegps from rtp

Hi，I'm trying to decode stream described in gb28181 standard.
The payload type of rtp is PS. I can only find a plugin "rtpmp2tdepay" which can extracts TS from rtp packets. Is there such a plugin to depay PS from rtp?
