iOS voip ,voiceProcessingIO,speaker became small after closing microphone

hi, all
when I try to use audio unit to building my voip, I use kaudiounitsubtype_voiceprocessingio to record and render. But when I close iphone microphone, the render(speaker) volume become very small . How to fix the problem?
