issue with ossink not an element error

I am trying to recieve audio data (from a wave) from an RTP stream. How can I
do it? I use the following statement gst-launch-1.0.exe udpsrc port=5000 !
application/x-rtp,clock-rate=96000,payload=96 ! rtpL24depay ! audioresample
!

osssink is not installed in your machine.
Check the required dependency and rebuild gst-plugins-good and install
