limit frequancy bitrate

Hello,

    I wanted to know why I can set the bitrate, and certain codecs do not accept that their frequency limits are exceeded, based on the graph below:

for example, g722 has a frequency band of 64 kbits / s, and it accepts larger values.

I think you are confused frequency (sample rate) and the codec bitrate.

In give graph horizontal axis is bitrate and vertical axis is audio quality.
