modify buffer timestamps

Hi guys,

I want to modify the buffer timestamps of a rtp client in order to add some delay.

I've first though to do in a data probe but read there http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/head/manual/html/chapter-dataaccess.html that this is non a good idea.

So where should I do that ?
