mpegtsmux 1.18.2 Usage

I'm excited the CBR and PCR timestamping has been fixed and available in the
later release of mpegtsmux in 1.18.2.  bad plugin's :-)

I'm wanting to use the latest's mpegtsmux to mux 2 x AV streams
1. Mpeg2 video with mp3 audio
2. H.264 video with acc audio

Mux into CBR TS with SI information injected.  Not sure how structures used with python to add the SI meta-data??

Has anyone already been successfully doinging such using the gst-gstreamer wrapper.
I'm able to mux using ffmpeg however, I'm hoping I can keep everything gstreamer flavoured.

I can't seem to find any information on how to do it and the resent gstreamer info lacks quality information and examples.

Can one of you lovely folk assist in what I want to do?

A link to relevant example or a snippet of their code would be great starter and much appreciated..
