All the downloads are linked to from the GStreamer website:

  https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/

You can also look at the 0.10 tags and branch in git.

  And for what it's worth *all* the history of GStreamer (since the
very first commit in 2000) is in git. And all versions were tagged
(RELEASE-<version> until 0.10 and then number tags).
