i have audio if i use pulsesrc but when i use alsasrc i've this error  "pipeline could not be constructed: no element "alsasrc" "

You probably need to install the package containing this element in
your distribution.

You would need to install libalsa. Also install alsa-utils for independently
capture the audio without gstreamer for testing
