Hi,
if you use the msi packages from
https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/download/
they will be installed by default in c:\gstreamer-1.0\lib\gstreamer-1.0
you need to set your PATH to include c:\gstreamer-1.0\1.0\x86_64\bin
and your GST_PLUGIN_PATH to c:\gstreamer-1.0\1.0\x86_64\lib\gstreamer-1.0

I am using Gstreamer on windows 10. But I do not know to install plug-in. I have already search it on github. But I still cant’t install it on my computer(where to install?),please help me.
