rbsp in rtph264depay

Does rtph264depay unescape rbsp in packet/stream mode or just pass it untouched to decoder ?

Hi,

NALS as specified in IUT-T H264 are, in romal conditions, left
untouched from the h264depay element or, that is the same, only the
ones as specified in rfc3984 (e.g. aggregation units or fragmentation
units) are disassembled or re-assembled, when possible, agreeing to
the specs.
