rtp example of gstreamer transmit h264 video and pcma audio error.

When I test the gstreamer rpt transmit example ocurr error.
The attach "server-v4l2-H264-alsasrc-PCMA.sh" is the server end;
The attach "client-H264-PCMA.sh" is the clien end.
The log1.txt is the client log when GST_DEBUG set to 3.

I find many pepole have this problem, but no one have showed how to solve the problem.
