simulate packet loss

Is there a gstreamer filter that can be used to simulate packet loss ?

Something like : gst-launch-0.10 rtspsrc location="..." ! rtpdepayloss ! demux ! dec  ! xvimagesink

farsight gst plugins.

Perfect, this is the gstnetsim element which has "delay_probability", "drop_probability" and "duplicate_probability" properties.
