Maybe someone has an example of video4Linux plugin?
I would like to write capture camera plugin for capture video from camera device on embedded Linux.

There is already a v4l2 plugin in the -good package. Check out the instructions on how to get the source code on http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/dev/ and look in the 'sys' directory of 'gst-plugins-good' module.
