streaming:not getting the audio

Hi,

Many streaming issues are solved by the latest commits of Wim.

One more main issue is that,

When streaming with realplayer i am not getting the audio when using gst-rtsp-server as the streaming server.But for vlc there is no problem for the audio.
Anyway i am attaching the log in the server side when gst-rtsp-server as the streaming server and realone player as the streaming clinet.
