[udp][patch] Adds IPv6 support to multiudpsink and udpsrc

This patch (Bug 515962) adds IPv6 support for udpsrc and multiudpsink, it also adds ttl and loopback properties to multiudpsink. It has been tested in Ubuntu7.10 (x86).

 

Issues: In order to receive ipv6 packets with udpsrc we need to specify an IPv6 address in the multicast-group, i.e., "::1" for unicast or "FF0E::1" for multicast.

 

Any new ideas/issues/etc for more improvements are welcome.
