video come out with corrupted frames

using h.264 in the gstreamer transmisssion through the UDP from the V4l2src
than we receive  grayish frames(or corrupted frames) in the video. if any
poosible solution to found the real video, please share with me.

You'd need to provide a little more details, otherwise it's not really
possible to help. That being said, if you playback starts gray, you
likely lost the related key frame. If that's RTP, consider enabling PLI
FIR.
