video on N770

Hi!
I am facing the following issues in video playback on N770.

1> After a few times of playback, video doesn't playback.

2> If the N770 screen is left untouched during video playback it goes into
power save mode (backlight completely off). After that video disappears.

The pipeline that I am using is
filesrc ! queue ! demux d d.audio_00 ! queue ! mad (or wavparse) !
audioconvert ! dsppcmsink d.video_00 ! queue ! dspmpeg4sink

What can be done to keep the screen alive during video playback?
And is there something that can be done to avoid the video playback
disappearing?

These are questions for maemo-devel and not gstreamer-mailing list. Information
about avoiding the screen-blanker is somewhere on maemo.org
