That's a bug in some GStreamer element. It tries to flush more bytes
from the adapter than available. You can figure out where it comes from
by running your app in gdb like this:
$ G_DEBUG=fatal_warnings gdb --args ./yourapp
then it will break at the warning and you can get a stack trace.
Alternatively, break on g_logv
Make sure to try the latest releases and/or git. It might already have
been fixed.
