where to get external dependency list in config

I am compiling on Linux and have a number of items under

configure: *** Plug-ins with dependencies that will NOT be built:

Some of these are obvious, but others not so (ie dtsdec), is there a list or link of what/where the dependencies are from?

might help. Otherwise check dependencies of distro packages :)

Thanks for the pointer Tim, however that url seems empty, is there a way to get a listing? I also tried  good & ugly.

I don't have access to yum or .rpm repo that is why I was hoping for list.

It's not empty, perhaps it got wrapped badly and needs some bits from
the next line. The file is called REQUIREMENTS in any case.
