Bugs fixed?

This bug (https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=647940 and
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=652037) should be fixed in
Version 0.10.36 (gstreamer-base). This version is available since 02'12.
But if I read in the documentation of the bug, it's not clear for me, so my
question is: Is this bug fixed or not?
Please give me an answer!

Why don't you just try it for yourself? Apparently people are busy with
other things and asking this even 10 more times might not get you an answer.

These bugs are very specific. You are probably looking for a solution to
a specific problem, perhaps you should ask about that problem? There are
likely multiple components involved, and those bugs are just pieces of
the bigger puzzle.

Hi Tim,

I know, therefore I'm waiting for a solution since middle of last year. If
it's not fixed and you need more time, it's OK for me and I try to use a
'workaround' (f.e. NEWSEGMENT event). But it's a little bit easier to have a
stable base for developing.
Many thanks (also for the real genius gstreamer environment -> I love it!)
