Capture JPEG - Videos

I need to make GStreamer capture images from a camera, the camera is running
in JPEG format and the URL. I need the GStreamer run the video in the same
way, by IP, the URL in any way since that works. Thanks in advance. Sorry if
there was a typo, because my inggles sucks.
