Someone has idea about the silence data after audioresample? I would like to do sample rate conversion from 32K to 48K. Hardware setup: stream : PLAYBACK access : RW_INTERLEAVED format : S16_BE subformat : STD channels : 2 rate : 48000 exact rate : 48000 (48000/1) msbits : 16 buffer_size : 9600 period_size : 2400 period_time : 50000 below is log data that I print out the content in alsasink before snd_pcm_writei, you could see the silence data. That is intermittently. Hi, I am new to gstreamer Testing is done on the target board Req. Audio from alsasrc to be resampled and passed on to alsasink. Pipeline used Test Performed 2. Record in a file and Play back :: Audio is getting recorded and audio heard when played back

Why don't you use arecord|aplay directly? Like: arecord -f S16_LE -r 8000 -D hw:1,0 | aplay If using GStreamer, you need audioconvert.
