can't seem to install jpegdec element

Hello,
I am trying to get the gstreamer jpegdec element installed onto my gumstix target.
I thought it was supposed to be in gst-plugins-good but it appears to be in gst-plugins-good-plugins.

When I execute #opkg install gst-plugins-good-plugins I get a package not found error.
I don't understand why it can't be found.

Can someone please tell me how to install the jpegdec element?

I think you might be missing the libjpeg library or its development files, check the config.log file

This sounds like a packaging issue. You should ask the people who
created the SDK / packages.
