It means /usr/local/bin/gst-launch-0.10 uses the
(older) /usr/lib/libgstreamer-0.10.so from the default prefix.
Try (in your shell, before running gst-launch-0.10), something like:
export PATH="/usr/local/bin:$PATH"
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/usr/local/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig:$PKG_CONFIG_PATH"
